Heel-to-Toe for Polio:

The Coastal Empire Polio Survivors Association (CEPSA) and 5 Low Country Rotary Clubs is sponsoring the 2nd annual "Heel-to-Toe for Polio" event to raise money to eradicate polio from the planet. CEPSA members are soliciting donations and will join with the Rotarians for a wall-a-thon/roll-a-thon on Coligny Beach to raise awareness of this critical cause.
